My stay here was wonderful. The hotel had an unbeatable location quite close to Russell-Cotes Art Gallery & Museum. Set in 10 minutes' walk to downtown, and the staff were unfailingly friendly and amazingly nice. The poolside bar was available on the premises.

It was so close to Mogan, about 15 minutes away on the bus, and a taxi was always on hand, absolutely perfect and magnificent location overall. There were incredible, well-equipped rooms with a hot tub, view across the valley, a huge balcony.

The hotel was excellent with variety of spotless rooms. I enjoyed the room with seaview, the bed was comfortable. All the staff was extremely helpful and top-class, tackled my issues. The venue was in an excellent location so close to the hill over many levels, Mogan or Puerto Rico, and the Lake District. I tried some drinks at gastropub Phoenix Irish Bar, located 15 minutes walk away.
